about
During my career I have served individuals addressing not only their substance use behavior, but those with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, low self-esteem, relationship problems, and much, much more. I am eager to help you achieve your goals!
My practice is comfortable, safe, and open; a place where productive work can be done. Your goals are of the utmost importance. We will work together to put you first. Take time to be well. Take time to find balance. You're worth it.
An important part of my work is fulfilling what I believe is my calling. I am a Christian woman, but I am open to working with individuals from all beliefs and backgrounds. My faith can play a role in our discussions if you like, or it can simply be mine. If you are at a point in life where you are examining spiritual or religious questions, I would be honored to walk along that path with you.
My husband and I are raising one son. This means I have worked through with many of the same things you may be struggling with: seeking balance, self-care, coping in ways that aren't long-term solutions, and maintaining reasonable expectations of myself and others.
I actively engage in case consultation and supervision. Please note that during my supervision appointments I will be discussing cases, but will not disclose private health information.
